Lellion Carol Lewis, age 69 of Mt. Sterling, KY departed this life Saturday June 21,2025 in the UK Hospital, Lexington, KY after an illness. She was born December 24,1955 in Dayton, Ohio daughter of the late Lenville Perry and Goldie Ray Lewis Perry. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her savior. Surviving is one daughter, Stefanie and Tim Curry of Shelbyville, KY. One son Dakota Lewis of Frankfort, KY. One grandson Gabe Brown of Shelbyville, KY. One granddaughter, Kaitlyn Perry. One sister Linda and Cortis Ison of West Liberty, KY.
