Lenvel Dale Perry, age 72, of West Liberty, KY, passed away Tuesday, June 22,2021 in the West Liberty Nursing and Rehab Center after an extended illness. He was born July 7,1948 at Wrigley, KY, a son of Clyde Perry Jr and Emma Lee Caskey Perry. He was a member of the Lick Fork Pentecostal Church, Rt.7,West Liberty, since 1984. The owner of grocery store and worked as a mechanic. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam war (January 20,1967 to January 17,1969) receiving a Bronze Star.
Surviving are his former wife, Anna Lou Perry of Morehead, KY. Three sons: Ray Anthony Perry (Belinda) of Campton, KY. Lenvel Dale Perry II (Angie) of Greenup Co.,KY. William C. “Billy” Perry (Dorothy) of West Liberty, KY. Five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde Perry Jr. & Emma Lee Caskey Perry and one brother, Aaron Perry.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00pm, Friday, June 25,2021 at Lick Fork Pentecostal Church with Brother Billy Perry and Brother Jonathan Sargent officiating. Burial in the Caskey Cemetery, Rt.7, West Liberty,
KY.(with Military Honors conducted by the Morgan Co. D.A.V. Chapter # 132). Visitation will be 6:00pm, Thursday at Lick Fork Pentecostal Church, 6060 KY-7, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers are friends and relatives. Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.
