Lenville Lee Ferguson, age 73 of Redwine Rd, West Liberty, KY passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2025 in the St. Claire Medical Center, Morehead, KY after an extended illness. He was born November 10,1951 in Paris, KY son of Ira Lenville Ferguson and Leavina Dell Whitt. Lenville was a’ jack of all trades’ from working on a tobacco farm, carpenter work building homes and auto shops. He accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior. Lenville enjoyed a simple life and was of the quit nature. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family. He loved his cats.
Surviving is his mother Leavina Dell Whitt of Wrigley, KY, daughter Angie & Brian Caudill of Richmond, KY. Two sisters Ktrena & Joe Lester of West Liberty, KY, and Diana Helton of Morehead, KY. Two brothers, Larry & Della Ferguson of Blair Mills, KY and Pastor Garry Ferguson, West Liberty, KY. Host of nieces and nephews, great nieces, nephews and great-great niece and nephew. Host of many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father Ira Lenville Ferguson, brother Arthur Dean Ferguson and sister-in-law Joyce Ferguson.
Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Saturday, January 18,2025 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Pastor Garry Ferguson, Curtis Lovall and Pastor Eddie Denniston officiating. Interment in the West Liberty Memorial Gardens, West Liberty, KY. Visitation, 11;00am, Saturday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers will be nephews and family.
