Leonard Holbrook Jr. age, 70, of West Libery, KY passed away January 1, 2023 at his residence after an extended illness. He was born May 12, 1952 in West Liberty, KY to Leonard & Cloma Smith Holbrook.

He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal savior.

Preceded in death by his parents, Leonard & Cloma Smith Holbrook, 3 brothers, Dennie Holbrook, Wendell Holbrook, Dr. William G. (Bill) Holbrook.

Surviving are his wife, Janice Combs Holbrook, 2 daughters, Kimberly Smallwood (Wes), Brittany Blair (Josh), 6 grandchildren, Lynzy Holbrook, Justin Smallwood, Allison Smallwood, Sawyer Blair, Saydie Blair, Sydney Blair, 2 great grandchildren, Carson & Keyton George. 2 brothers, Lenville & Tim Holbrook, 4 sisters, Helen Wash, Phyllis Keeton, Ada Webster, Florence Stacy.

Funeral Services will be held at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel West Liberty, KY 1:00 PM Wednesday January 4, 2023 with Rev. Josh Sloas officiating. Interment will be held at the Day/Holbrook Cemetery Hwy 589 West Liberty, KY. Visistation starts at 11:00 AM Wednesday January 4, 2023 at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home.
