Loretta Lynn (Gamble) Lewis

Loretta Lynn Gamble Lewis, of Peyton Ridge Road, West Liberty, KY departed this life on Monday, September 30, 2024 in the St. Claire Medical Center, Morehead, KY at the age of 60. Born May 24,1964, in Salyersville, KY daughter of Edward Gamble and Myrtle Faye Blanton Gamble.

She was a member of the Head of Coon United Baptist Church, Salyersville, KY. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

Surviving is her husband Phillip Lewis of West Liberty, KY. Her mother Myrtle Faye Blanton Gamble of Salyersville, KY. Two daughters Natasha & Jerrett Leach of Morehead, KY and Jody Patrick of Cannel City, KY. One son Terry & Jessica Francis of Salyersville, KY. Three grandchildren Jasmine Francis, Haylee Francis and Jerrett Leach. Two sisters Debbie Gamble of Morehead, KY and Melissa & Lester Martin of Nicholas County, KY. Two brothers Donald Gamble of Salyersville, KY and Danny & Sheena Gamble of West Liberty, KY.  She was preceded in death by her father Edward Earl Gamble and grandson Christopher Joe Smith.

Funeral services will be 2;30pm, Thursday, October 3, 2024, at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Elder Jackie Smith officiating. Burial in the Cox Cemetery, Peyton Ridge Rd., West Liberty, KY. Visitation will be 11:am to 2;30pm, Thursday, October 3, 2024, at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers will be Jerrett Leach, Donnie Barker, Marvin Miller, Micheal Miller, Terry Francis and Donald Gamble.
