Louis Jason Skaggs, age 60, of Little Caney Rd.,West Liberty, KY passed away Tuesday, August 17,2021 in St. Claire Medical Center, Morehead, KY after an illness. Born December 20,1960 in Paintsville, KY to Dennie Skaggs Sr & Billie Nell Adams Skaggs. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his savior. He was a retired farmer.

Surviving are his wife, Debra ‘Debbie’ Ball Skaggs, West Liberty, KY. Two sons, Johnny Skaggs of West Liberty, KY and Jason Ryan Skaggs of Paris, KY. One granddaughter, Gracie Skaggs. Sister, Judy Ison of Morehead, KY. Brother, Dennie “Buddy” Skaggs Jr. of Salyersville, KY. Half sister, Debbie Allen Ball of Morehead, KY. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dennie Skaggs Sr and Billie Nell Adams Skaggs one half-brother, Dan Allen.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Friday, August 20,2021 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Roger Ball officiating. Interment in Skaggs Cemetery, Blaine, KY. Visitation will be 11:am, Friday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers are friends and relatives.
