Lula Mae (Ferguson) Hankins

Lula Mae Ferguson Hankins, age 86 of West Liberty, KY passed away Sunday March 16, 2025 in the Wolfe County Nursing & Rehab Center, Campton, KY after a brief illness. She was born December 30,1938 in West Liberty, KY daughter of Thurman and Luella Sparks Ferguson. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She was an accountant and bookkeeper.

Surviving is her daughter Karen Caudill, of Ravenna, KY and her son Robert Hoskins of West Liberty, KY. Thirteen grandchildren, several great grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. One brother Ollie Ferguson of Morehead, KY.

She was preceded in death by her parents Thurman & Luella Sparks Ferguson. Her late husband Bobby Lewis Hoskins, daughter Kathy Marcum, five sisters Thelma Ferguson Hutchinson, Essie Conley, Vernie Patrick, Tressie Gamble, Monnie Messler, two brothers James B. Ferguson and James Paul Ferguson.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Wednesday March 19,2025 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Rev. Mike Frisby officiating. Burial in the Lacy Creek Church of Christ Cemetery, Lacy Creek, KY. Visitation, 10:30am Wednesday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.

Pallbearers will be grandsons and great grandsons.
