Manuel M. Phipps, age 71, of Cannel City, KY, passed away Sunday, November 23, 2025, at his home after an illness. Born in West Liberty, KY, on August 2, 1954, son of James Manuel and Loretta Osborne Phipps. He was a retired truck driver and member of the Greenville Lodge #655 F&AM, Caney, KY.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Manuel and Loretta Osborne Phipps. Surviving are his wife, Shanda Stacy Phipps, and one son, Brenton Wade & Kelly Phipps of Cannel City. Three granddaughters, Haley, Abaigail and Emily Phipps. Two sisters, Lynn Thompson of Morehead, KY, and Debbie Fallen of Salem, KY. Four brothers: Delbert Phipps of Grassy Creek, Winston Phipps of Cannel City, and Carl and Billy Phipps of Grassy Creek.
