Mary Lacy

Mary Lacy, age 93, of Hwy 191, Hazel Green, KY departed this life Monday, June 9, 2025 at her residence after a brief illness. Born in Lee City, KY on September 17,1931 daughter of Freeland and Bessie Jenkins Salley. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her savior. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

Surviving is two daughters Carolyn Lyle, and Sheila Stacy. One son Don Wilson, one sister Imogene Brockman. Seven grandchildren, Byran & Linda Finch, Michael & Holly Finch, Eddie Wayne & Nicky Stacy, Jason & Felicia Stacy, Derrick & Jennifer Wilson, Jessica & Kevin Hicks, D.J. Wilson. Thirteen great-grandchildren, Devin & Haley Finch, Katelyn Stacy, Landon Stacy, Breanna Stacy, Bradlee Stacy, Ava Stacy, Grayson Stacy, Brayden Stacy, Jace Hicks, Lilly Wilson, Sawyer Wilson, Whitley & Qyuade Griffith, Haley Goodpaster. Several nieces and nephews and two special friends Phyllis Tackett & Judy Terry.

She was preceded in death by her parents Freeland & Bessie Jenkins Salley, her husbands Eddie Wilson and Carl Lacy. Grandson Brandon Lyle, two sisters Irene Dunn and Christine Nickell. two brothers Melvin Salley and Elmer Salley.

Funeral services 1:00pm, Thursday, June 12, 2025 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Gary Bellamy officiating. Burial in the Dunn Cemetery, Campton, KY. Visitation, 6:pm, Wednesday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.

Pallbearers: Bryan Finch, Michael Finch, Jason Stacy, Jeff Hampton, Derrick Wilson, Earlie Stacy.
