Millard Franklin Robbins, age 91, of Liberty Rd.,West Liberty, KY passed away Saturday, July 28, 2018 in Morgan Co.ARH,Hospital,West Liberty,KY after an illness.He was born July 13, 1927, Lower Sand Lick, KY, a son of the late Will & Mollie Smith Robbins. He was a member of the Coon Creek Old Regular Baptist Church, Salyersville, KY. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nannie Daniels Robbins, daughter Janice Sue Arnett, grandson James Daniel Robbins, daughter-in-law, Myrtle Marie Robbins, five brothers and three sisters.

Surviving is three daughters, Betty & Vernon Stacy, Phyllis & Mike Howard, and Louise & Jeff Goodpaster all of West Liberty, KY. Four sons, Paul Robbins and George & Jeannie Robbins all of West Liberty, KY. Jim & Virginia Robbins of Clay City, KY. John Robbins of West Liberty, KY. Son-in-law, David Arnett of Salyersville, KY. 21 grandchildren,32 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren. Several step-grandchildren, several step-great-grandchildren, and several step-great-great-grandchildren. All his many friends at 460 Flea Market, West Liberty, KY.

Funeral 1:00pm, Tuesday July 31,2018 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Elder Jackie Smith, Bro. Eric Pelfrey, Bro. Chris Robbins. Interment in Lacy Creek Church of Christ Cemetery, Lacy Creek, KY. Visitation 6:00 pm, Monday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers, Grandsons.
