Minnie Christine Mullins

Minnie Christine Mullins, age 85 of Hwy 172, West Liberty, KY, departed this life on Sunday, November 30, 2025, in the West Liberty Nursing and Rehab Center after an illness. Born in Relief, KY, on April 10, 1940, she was the daughter of Sprugeon & Pearl Fyffe Fannin. Minnie was a member of the Straight Creek Enterprise Baptist Church and a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband Donald Mullins, brother David Hill, and sister Nancy McKenzie. Surviving are one daughter, Brenda & Joe Caskey, and one son, Tim & Martha Mullins. Two grandchildren, Joey Caskey and Rhonda Newcomb. Seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. One sister, Bonnie Deffinbaugh.

Funeral services will be at 1:00pm on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Roger Ball officiating. Interment in the Mullins Cemetery, Elkfork, KY. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Visitation, 11:30am Thursday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.
