Mitchell Hoskins, age 86 of Collins Road, West Liberty, KY passed away Monday, July 11,2022 at his home after an extended illness. Born February 13,1936 in Hazard,KY to John Mitchell Hoskins and Salley Margaret Colwell Hoskins. He was a member of the Wells Union Church, West Liberty, KY. A retired iron worker. He was a loving husband, father, brother and loving grandfather to all of his grand kids.

Surviving are his wife, Betty Hensley Hoskins, daughter Leslie & Robert Bolyard. Four grandchildren; Camelia Givens, Larry Fredley(Amanda), Sheena Bolyard (CJ) , Miranda & Jeff Hampton. Seven great-grandchildren; Chandler Adams, Jake Givens, Abby Fredley, Kimberlin Adkins, Josh Hampton, Kailyn Hampton, Kaden Hampton. Five great-great-grandchildren; Easton Adams, Gannon Adkins, Gunner Adkins, Brileigh Adkins, Harrison Hampton. Host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in by his parents John Mitchell Hoskins and Salley Margaret Colwell Hoskins. Four sisters Leona, Polly Jane, Vernie and Lola. Five brothers; Bige, Walter, Jim, Calloway and Arthur.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Friday, July 15,2022 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Mike McGerry officiating. Interment in Ezel Cemetery, Ezel,KY. Visitation will start 6:00pm, Thursday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral home, West Liberty, KY.

Active pallbearers: Jeff Hampton, Larry Fredley, CJ Holbrook, Chandler Adams, Josh Hampton and Walter Hoskins. Honorary pallbearers: Robert Bolyard and Jake Givens.
