Nickie Helton

Nickie Helton, age 62, of South Points, OH passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at his home after a brief illness. He was born October 28, 1962 in Columbus, Ohio, son of Eugene Helton and Rosie Jenkins Helton. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his savior. He was a construction worker building homes.

Surviving mother of his children Kathy Harris of South Point, Oh and Donna Gullett of Pedro, OH. Daughter Jessica Helton (Austin Blair) of South Point, OH. Three sons James Helton (Taylor Bryan) of South Point, OH. Brandon Helton (Taylor Howard) of Waverly, OH. Joshua Harris (Carli Shope) of Beaver, OH. Step son Josh Depriest of Ironton, OH. Nine grandchildren, Keeleigh, Danica, Sadie, Noah, Dawsyn, Benny, Jordan ,Bo, and Jenson. one sister Charlene Helton of Columbus, OH. Two brothers, Swain (Shari) Helton, and Craig (Tracy) Helton both of Columbus, OH.

He was preceded in death by his parents Eugene & Rosie Jenkins Helton.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Saturday, January 25, 2025 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Mark Russell officiating. Burial in the Helton Cemetery, Lost Creek Rd., West Liberty, KY. Visitation 11:00am, Saturday, January 25th. at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers are friends and relatives.
