Pamela Sue (Barker) Lewis

Pamela Sue Barker Lewis, age 58 years, 2 months, and 30 days, of West Liberty, KY, departed this life on Friday, April 3, 2026, at her home after an illness, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Ashland, KY, on January 4, 1968, daughter of Harold & Helen Marie Adkins-Barker. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her savior.

Surviving are her loving husband, Ernest Lewis Jr.; her children, Shelby and Jeff Wells, Zachary & Natasha Lewis, and Dustin & Hayley Lewis. Paternal grandfather Andy Adkins, siblings Kathy & David Leatherwood, and Donnie Lynn Barker. Eleven grandchildren she cherished: Mercedes Lewis, Brody Lewis, Colten Lewis, Nyla Dunlap, Emmalynn Lewis, Brooklyn Fallen, Aaliyah Lewis, Gabriel Dunlap, Bentley Lewis, Kameron Dunlap, and Lilyanne Lewis. A host of nieces and nephews. Special friends, Tesla Bolin, Mary Woodard, and Rosa Faye. Her beloved pet Bridget.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold & Helen Marie Adkins Barker; sister Elizabeth Mae Barker; and paternal grandmother Grace Davis Adkins.

Funeral services will be at 1:00pm, Monday, April 6, 2026, at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Harry Flannery, with a message of comfort for the family and friends. Interment in Caskey Cemetery, Rt. 7, West Liberty, KY. Visitation: 6:30pm, Sunday, at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.
