Pansy Jean Rouse Whitt Dennis, age 92, of West Liberty, KY,passed away Saturday,August 22,2020 in the Elliott County Nursing & Rehab Center,Sandy Hook, KY,after an extended illness. She was born December 17,1927 in Sawston Cambridge,England, daughter of the late Jim Rouse and Norah Fuller Rouse. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior and worked as a department store clerk.She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Surviving is two sons, Michael Ransom Whitt of Wrigley, KY and Terry James Whitt of Altoona.PA. one daughter, Janet Ann Whitt of West Liberty, KY. Host of grandchildren, great- grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. One sister Norah Bauer of Peachtree Corners, Georgia and brother Don Rouse of Sawston Cambridge, England. Several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim & Norah Fuller Rouse, husband Robert G. Dennis, one son Charles Edward Whitt, brother Terrance Rouse, sister Barbara Rouse, grandson Ricky Allen Adkins, son-in-law, Howard Lee Whitt.

COVID-19 regulations will be followed as set forth by Governor Beshear and the CDC. The family request that visitors respect their desire to keep everyone safe by practicing social distancing guidelines and to wear a face covering of some sort.

Funeral services will be 2:00pm, Tuesday, August 25,2020 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Billy Perry officiating. Interment in Adkins & Whitt Cemetery, Hwy 7,West Liberty, KY. Visitation will be 11:30am,Tuesday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
