Patricia ‘Pat” (Smith) Hollon

Patricia 'Pat' Smith Hollon, 75, of Frankfort, KY, formerly of West Liberty, KY, departed this life Saturday, September 13, 2025, in the Frankfort Regional Medical Center, Frankfort, KY, after a brief illness. Born November 4, 1949, in West Liberty, KY, daughter of the late Elijah and Goldie Barker Smith. She was a member of the Smith Creek Valley Church in West Liberty, KY. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.

Surviving are two daughters, Twina & Billy Keeton and Tara & Mark Tucker. Two sons, Scott & Crystal Hollon and Patrick & Melanie Hollon. Seven grandchildren: Nick Keeton, Alexander Hollon, Andrew Hollon, Maria Roberts, Patrick Hollon Jr., Lane Hollon, and Scotty Wayne Hollon. Ten great-grandchildren: Peyton Keeton, Grayson Roberts, Bailey Keeton, Landon Roberts, Dawson Roberts, Colton Hollon, Cassandra Hollon, Jesslyn Hollon, Remington Hollon, and Olivia Roberts. Three sisters: Anna Holbrook, Debra & Tom Meyers, and Valerie & Louis Schweighardt. Three brothers: Bill & Alice Smith, Bob & Penny Smith, and Sam & Tammy Smith. Host of nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces & nephews. Her pet bird, Sissy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elijah & Goldie Barker Smith. Her husband, Jesse Hollon, and great-grandson, Jesse Andrew Hollon. One sister, Mildred Holbrook, and three brothers, Ira, David & Curtis Smith.

Funeral services will be at 1:00pm, Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Karl Elam and speakers Farley Holder and James Brown officiating. Burial in the Elijah Smith Cemetery, Hwy 437, West Liberty, KY. Visitation is at 10:30am Tuesday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.
