Peggy Lee (Peters) Dulen

Peggy Lee Peters Dulen, age 76, of Hwy 191, West Liberty, KY passed away Sunday, September 27,2020 at the Hazard ARH, Hazard, KY after a brief illness. She was born December 11,1943 in Ophir, KY to Will and Rosie Pennington Peters. She was accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior. She was a beloved mother, sister and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents Will & Rosie Pennington Peters and husband Winford Dulen. Sister Betty Jenkins & Infant sister Josephine. Brothers Darlie & Junior Peters and infant brother Danny, also an unnamed infant sister.

Surviving are two daughters Rose & Arthur Fannin and Janet & Tim Smith. Two granddaughters: Gracie Lee and Adeline. Two sisters: Lassie Lykins, Willadean & Raymond Wright. Three brothers: Hershell & Rosetta Peters, Harm Peters and Bobby & Sara Peters.

Funeral services 1:00pm, Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Elder Norman Wright, Elder Lonnie B. Wright and Elder Herbie Wright officiating. Interment in Dulen Family Cemetery, Hwy 191, West Liberty, KY. Visitation 6:pm, Tuesday, at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers: Gary Peters, Herbie Wright, Raymond Jr Wright, Jerry Cantrell, Tim Smith, Arthur Fannin.
