Penny O’Neal

Penny O'Neal passed away November 30,2024 in Ashland, KY, at the age of 68 following a brief illness. Penny was born May 2,1956 in West Liberty, KY, the first of seven children to Boyed and Ida  Moore O'Neal. Penny loved her Lord and Savior, and spent her life making friends and loving her family. She enjoyed arts and crafts and collecting shoes, and loved entertaining people with her stories.

Penny was preceded in death by her parents Boyed and Ida Moore O'Neal, and one brother John O'Neal.

Surviving is survived by  brothers Joe & Rhonda O'Neal, Elkfork, KY, Danny & Bobbi O'Neal of West Liberty, KY, Charlie & Melanie O'Neal of Cynthiana, KY, and Bradley O'Neal of Elkfork, KY, one sister Tammy O'Neal of Elkfork, KY, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm,Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Perry Moore officiating. Interment in the Adkins Cemetery, Elkfork, KY. Pallbearers are family. Visitation ,11:30am Tuesday December 3,2024 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.
