Rebecca Karen Cantrell Holbrook, age, 61, of Elkfork, KY passed away Saturday November 4, 2023 at ARH Hospital in West Liberty, KY after an extended illness. She was born July 24, 1962 in West Liberty, KY to Roy & Ruby Mae Smith Cantrell.

She was a member of the Smith Creek Valley Church.

Preceded in death by her parents, Roy & Ruby Mae Smith Cantrell. 1 sister Teena Smith & 1 brother, Ricky Cantrell.

Surviving are her husband, Elder Ricky Holbrook, 1 daughter, Jessica & Chad Howard. 3 sons, Jeremy & Melissa Holbrook, Nathan & Tosha Holbrook, Daniel Holbrook & Amanda Wireman. 5 grandchildren, Aden Holbrook, Abby Preston, Gabby Holbrook, Olivia Holbrook, Hunter Holbrook. Survivors also include her 5 sisters, Tammy & Charlie Burchett, Shelia & Tim Osborne, Sherrie & Jack Smith, Lisa & Brent Ball Shellie & Randall Maxie. 3 brothers, Shawn & Johnda Cantrell, Tim & Virginia Cantrell, Anthony & Karla Cantrell. Also a special pet, Pudge.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday November 7, 2023 at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home in West Liberty, KY with Elder Doyle Keeton & Elder Jon Rigsby officiating. Interment will be held at the Holbrook’s Cemetery in Elkfork, KY. Visitation starts at 6:00 PM Monday November 6, 2023 at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.
