Roy Cox, age 73, of Ezel, KY, passed away Saturday, July 8, 2023, in Mt. Sterling, KY, after an illness. He was born March 27, 1950, in Paintsville, KY, to Ora Cox and Rissie Rigsby Cox. He was a retired farmer. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior. Preceded in death by his parents, Ora and Rissie Rigsby Cox, and his siblings, Sarah Moore and Robert, Martin, and Ross Cox.
Surviving is one brother, Frank Cox of Piketon, Ohio. One sister, Gladys Cox of Sarasota, FL. Special niece, Susie Ann Fugett and great-niece, Tessa Renee Fugett and special friend Jason Noble, and many family and friends. friends.
Funeral services, 1:00 pm, Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Ronnie Gibson officiating. Visitation, 11:00 am, Wednesday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.
