Ruby Perkins Bolin Noble, age 58, of West Liberty, KY, passed away Thursday, February 5, 2026, at her home after an illness. Born April 19, 1967, in West Liberty, KY, daughter of Lee and Lucille Stamper Perkins. She was a member of the Stillwater Pentecostal Church, Campton, KY. And worked for the Asian Factory. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Lucille Stamper Perkins; husband, Ray Bolin; and siblings Hazel Reed, Dorothy Wells, J.B. Perkins, Frank Perkins, Denny Perkins, Jan Stamper, Ronnie Spurlock, and John Perkins.
Surviving are one daughter, Angela Patton of Houstonville, KY; five stepchildren, James Bolin and Lynn Bolin of Campton, KY, Carter Bolin of West Liberty, KY, Lillie Adams of Rodgers, KY, and Lisa Bolin of Ohio. Three siblings: Emerson Perkins, of Georgia; Callie Sue Bennett, of West Liberty, KY; and Ruth Taulbee. Mt. Sterling, KY. Twelve step grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 1:00pm on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Pastor Pat Crider. Interment in the West Liberty Memorial Gardens, West Liberty, KY. Visitation, 6:30 pm Wednesday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.
Pallbearers: Carter Bolin, James Bolin, Quentin Bolin, Danny Perkins, Patrick Hollon, and Gregory Boatright.
