Stacey Nicole Lewis

Stacey Nichole Lewis, age 33 of West Liberty, KY passed away Friday July 29, 2022 at her home after brief illness, she was born October 23, 1989 in Mt. Sterling , KY to Michael David & Patricia Ann Lewis. She was a teacher for the Morgan County Head start, she was a member of the Index Community Church. 

Surviving are her parents Michael David & Patricia Ann Stacy Lewis, one foster child, Colton Perkins, one sister, Nancy Lewis & fiance Demarco Driver, one brother John Lewis & fiance Madison Holbrook.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 Monday August 1, 2022 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Frisby officiating. Burial in the Stacy Family Cemetery West Liberty, KY. Visitation starts 6:30 PM Sunday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home.
