Tommy Stacy, age 58, of Hazard, KY and West Liberty, KY, passed away Friday, August 14, 2020 in Morgan Co. ARH. He was born October 5,1961 in Rowdy, KY to the late James Arnold Stacy and Goldie Brewer Stacy. He worked as an electrician. Surviving is his fiancée Holly Smith, two sons, Bobby and Tommy. Three brothers Gary, Tim and Bob Stacy.
