William F. "Bill" Daniel

William F.’Bill’ Daniel, 87, of Dingus, KY, passed away Wednesday, July 14th,2021 at St. Claire medical Center, Morehead, KY, after a brief illness. He was born June 16th.,1934 in White Oak Branch, Dingus, KY to Walter F. Daniel and Mintie (Hill) Daniel.

Surviving are four children, Bobby Daniel (Laurie) of Apex, NC., Donna Sue Lane of Hillsborough, NC., Greg Daniel (Donna) of Hillsborough, NC., and Lora Maidon (Patrick) of Holly Springs, NC. Twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Two sisters and four brothers.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter F. & Mintie (Hill) Daniel and his loving wife of sixty-one years, Wanda Jean Williams Daniel and two brothers.

He was a member of the Litteral Fork United Baptist Church, Salyersville, KY., and a member of the Masonic Lodge 755 F&AM., since 1959.

Funeral services will be 2:00pm, Sunday, July 18th.2021 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Elder C.J. Tackett, Elder Mark Caudill and Elder John Blanton officiating. Interment in Daniel Cemetery, Dingus, KY. Visitation will be 6:pm, Saturday, July 17th,2021 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.

Pallbearers: Greg Daniel, Bobby Daniel, Tristan Daniel, Cory Lane, Bradley Daniel and Patrick Maidon.

Masonic Rites will be conducted 7:00 pm, Saturday, July 17th. at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel by the Elkfork Lodge 755 F&AM.
